Organization of the Association

The members of the Association of Former Delegates of the ICRC were organised in four sections until the change of Statutes approved at the last General Assembly held in Neuchâtel on 24 October 2009, namely:

• Suisse Romande
• Zurich
• Basel
• International
  

Its is now in a transition period during which "Chapters" are being set-up in various parts of the country and hopefully at the international level as well.

 

All parts of the country are represented at the Executive Committee (which replaces the previous Central Committee) .

The Executive Committee also establishs and maintains services for all members such as :

• a regular dialogue with the ICRC on subjects of common interest
• the website, which makes the association accessible around the globe and facilitates communication among members and the public.
