Bravo pour ce nouveau site et l'engagement de ceux qui l'ont conçu.
... je ne résiste pas au plaisir de joindre une photo reçue aujourd'hui même représentant la délèg. du CICR à Pretoria en décembre 1993. Une cordiale pensée à celles et ceux qui s'y reconnaîtront, une tendre pensée pour ceux qui ne sont plus et un chaleureux bonjour à vous qui me lisez.

...It is easy to handle, offers so many possibilities, it is a high pleasure to
surf on it and to discover! Congratulations and thank you! It is up to our
members to make good use of this wonderful tool. I was not so much in favour,
when we started to discuss – I was conservatively in favour of the hard copy –
but this one convinced me totally!
